Power generation and related products have been our main business since 2005. In 2005 we became incorporated and known in the industry as Aurora Generators Inc. (AGI)

Our generator business developed out of a frustration over the big box store type generators. We where just not satisfied with them or their quality.   We had an existing twenty year old business where we used generators ourselves. We suffered and continue today to suffer from power failures. Storms, and an aging hydro infrastructure are to blame.   We never saw any prospect of this improving then nor do we see it today.

The generators available to us back then were poor quality. They made lots of noise and did not last long. Not much has changed with them today.

To many companies are still importing cheap junk from overseas.  There is no customer service and when something fails you can't return to the store.  Stores carry no parts and provide no service.  Not one person seems to ever have any education in power generation. Few have ever even operated their own generators but they try and sell them to you anyway.

Aurora Generators is here to fill this customer service void.  We are not a big box store and will not supply big box stores.  Our focus is on doing the opposite.  We carry all parts, provide personal customer service, have educated staff in all aspects of power generation.

Aurora and its manufacturing partners produce some of the highest quality generator products you can find. We are actively involved in this process and quality control. We are able to manufacture what the customer wants not what the big box stores want to flip for a quick sale. This is also why we are always evolving and improving our existing models.  We also listen to or customers and each 6 months we make the changes they ask for. We actually have a great following and searching the Internet it is not hard find lots of reviews and discussion about use.
